  • Our medical plans are designed to help control rising healthcare costs, while fostering employee wellness. We offer three PPO medical plan options, including a high-deductible plan with a Health Savings Account.

  • All plan options cover in-network preventive care at 100 percent and include coverage for office visits, hospitalization, surgery, maternity care, vision exams, supplies and more.  

Prescription Drug Plan

  • All of our medical plans include prescription drug coverage with the option to purchase prescriptions through a retail pharmacy or through mail order service.


  • Vision coverage is automatically included when you enroll in a Hologic medical plan. Routine vision exams are covered at 100 percent. You and your covered dependents over the age of 13 each receive a $250 allowance per calendar year to use toward frames, lenses and contacts. Your dependents up to age 13 are eligible to receive two pairs of glasses per year


  • We offer dental plan options that provide a broad range of coverage for preventive, restorative and major restorative treatment as well as (adult and dependent) orthodontia and a convenient rollover option allowing you to plan ahead and save money for those more expensive procedures.

Flexible Spending Accounts

  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) are a tax-favorable way to save money on healthcare and dependent care expenses.
  • You may contribute up to $2,500 each year to a Healthcare FSA, which reimburses eligible medical, prescription, dental and vision expenses.
  • You may contribute up to $5,000 each year to a Dependent Care FSA, which reimburses eligible child and elder care expenses.


  • Our wellness program—Healthy Living—is designed to provide opportunities for employees and their families to make wellness a priority. Through health awareness activities and initiatives, our Healthy Living program fosters a balance between work and a healthy lifestyle. And if you sign up for a Hologic medical plan, you will also have access to a variety of wellness programs through our medical plan administrator.
