Platinum Plus Service Program
(Selenia Only)

Hologic's Platinum Plus Service Program is designed for sites where system availability and rapid response to repairs is critical. The features and benefits of this program include:
  • On-site assistance available 24hours/day, 365 days per year
  • Telephone diagnostic and repair support 24 hours/day,
    365 days/year (1)
  • Unlimited on-site repairs
  • Priority on-site service response for down instrument
  • Includes all labor and travel costs
  • Two Preventative Maintenance Visits/year
  • Software updates commercially available during the coverage term
  • All replacement parts, including glassware(2), excluding Plastics(3)
  • ACR Compliance
Platinum Service Program
(Selenia, Affinity, M-IV, MultiCare/DSM)

Hologic's Platinum Service Program is designed for facilities where system availability and rapid service response is critical. This program is the most comprehensive service offering from Hologic.
  • Emergency coverage until 9pm (EST) Monday-Friday
  • Telephone diagnostic and repair support 24 hours/day,
    365 days/year (1)
  • Unlimited on-site repairs
  • Priority on-site service response for down instrument
  • Includes all labor and travel costs
  • Two Preventative Maintenance Visits/year
  • Software updates commercially available during the coverage term
  • All replacement parts, including glassware(2), excluding Plastics(3)
  • ACR Compliance
  • Optional emergency on-site Saturday coverage is available.
Gold Service Program
(Affinity, M-IV, MultiCare/DSM)

Hologic's Gold Service Program is designed for sites where system maintenance and repair at a fixed cost is important. The features of this program make this an excellent option for a mid-tier, on-site service program
  • Telephone diagnostic and repair support 24 hours/day,
    365 days/year
  • Includes all labor and travel costs
  • Two Preventative Maintenance Visits/year
  • Software updates commercially available during the coverage term
  • All replacement parts, including glassware(2), excluding Plastics(3)

Silver Service Program
(Selenia, Affinity, M-IV, MultiCare/DSM)
Hologic's Silver Service Program provides a value priced alternative for sites that require the assurance of covered service visits and preventative maintenance, while enjoying discounts on certain replacement parts.
  • Telephone diagnostic and repair support 24 hours/day,
    365 days/year (1)
  • Includes all labor and travel costs
  • Two Preventative Maintenance Visits/year
  • Software updates commercially available during the coverage term
  • All replacement parts, excluding glassware*
  • Glassware(2), if required, will be discounted 25%

Bronze Service Program
(Selenia, Affinity, M-IV, MultiCare/DSM)
Hologic's Bronze Service Program is designed for customers that prefer not to maintain complete service protection, but still wish to have preventative maintenance performed on a semi-annual basis.
  • Two Preventative Maintenance Visits/year
  • Parts and/or repairs, if required, provided at additional cost
  • Any labor or parts necessary to bring the instrument to within Hologic's specifications and/or ACR Compliance, will be an additional charge at the current labor rates.

Software and Telephone Support Program
(Selenia)
Hologic's Software and Telephone Service Program is designed for customers that decline the cost protection and peace of mind that our on-site service plans offer, but still wish to have unlimited access to Hologic's Technical Support Center. The cost and installation of all software and hardware modifications, updates and upgrades and replacement parts are not included.
  • Telephone diagnostic and repair support 24 hours/day, 365 days/year(1)
  • Software updates commercially available during the coverage term, installation by Hologic is available at an additional hourly charge
  • Software support via telephone. Coverage may only be purchased to cover eligible equipment at a specific customer site
(1) Requires Selenia Customer to provide a dedicated VPN connection or analog telephone line for remote diagnostic purposes.
