Order Processing

For customers within the United States:
Orders faxed into Customer Service are immediately processed by a CSR. You will receive a fax confirming availability, pricing, estimated time for delivery, and the name of the CSR who processed the order. If you do not receive a faxed confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service Group to ensure that the order was received.

  • All expedited orders, unless otherwise requested, are shipped from Hologic on the same business day on which the order was placed.
  • Standard method of shipping for Hologic is 2-day service. Expedited shipments and 3-day ground service are also available upon request.
