Ms. Leaming serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tufts Health Plan. Ms. Leaming has over 24 years of experience in executive positions with managed care companies. Prior to joining Tufts Health Plan in 1986, Ms. Leaming held a variety of management positions in managed care and banking, including Chief Financial Officer of Matthew Thornton Health Plan.

Ms. Leaming received her B.S. in Economics and Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College, Annville, PA.

Within the community, Ms. Leaming serves on the Board of the American Red Cross, the Board of the American Association of Health Plans, the Massachusetts Association of Health Plans, the New England Healthcare Institute, on the Executive Committee of MA-SHARE, the Advisory Board of the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston, and the Bentley Graduate School of Business, and is a member of the Massachusetts Women's Forum. She is also on the Finance Committee and Board of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and serves as Vice Chair for the Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation.
