Register and attend the Hologic sponsored symposium
at ECR 2008:
Emerging Technologies in
Breast Cancer Detection,
Intervention & Therapy
Sunday, March 9th, 2008
14:00 hours to 15:30 hours
Room F2 Austria Vienna Center
In just a few years, digital mammography
and dramatic improvements in minimally invasive
intervention technologies have radically altered
the way radiologists and radiographers practice.
To say that we have achieved great progress is
true, but the challenge of implementing this progress
in routine clinical practice remains, and it is
likely that the pace of change will continue for
some years to come.
Using a combination of industry
and clinical thought leaders, the symposia will
examine and explore in detail the roles of promising
breast imaging and intervention technologies including
breast tomosynthesis, breast density assessment,
vacuum assisted MRI guided breast biopsy, and targeted
breast radiation therapy.
This Hologic sponsored
symposium is offered in conjunction with the European
Congress of Radiology meeting in Vienna. Space
is limited. You are encouraged to register to attend.
