This digital asset management system houses product images, logos, icons, and professional photography (hereinafter “Images”). The Images are intended for download by media, students, or analysts for journalistic, academic, or opinion purposes, or for others who have been authorized by way of written agreement with Hologic, Inc., or its subsidiaries/affiliates (hereinafter “HOLOGIC”) to download and use the Images.

By downloading the Images, you:

Agree not to utilize the Images in any manner that could reasonably be foreseen to disparage or cause disrepute to HOLOGIC.
Agree to credit the Image as having been provided “courtesy of Hologic, Inc.”
Agree that you shall not license, transfer, or sell the Images or any copies of the Images to any person or entity.
Agree that all Images are to be used AS IS and without modification.
Agree that the use of the Images will comply with all applicable laws; including but not limited to all regulatory approvals and FDA regulations.

Once you download an image, you bear full responsibility for all Images, activities, or other uses of the Images.
